Staff Resources

CCA is looking for passionate, enthusiastic educators who are motivated to work in an environment built on love, respect, and high expectations. Teachers and support staff should be prepared to test the limits of their comfort zones to find ways to reach each child, ensuring they receive the type of individualized education they would want for their own children.  Each staff member should enter each year with a growth mindset that will allow them to mature and develop in the areas of instructional planning, lesson delivery, classroom environment, and most importantly, student relationships.
